Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:00 PM EST, join us for structured wellness sessions designed to improve both mind and body.

Join live wellness sessions, collect stamps for participation, and earn JUP rewards while becoming stronger together.

Requirements: To be eligible for a verified stamp of participation, you will need to complete the session with your web-cam.
